The adjustments are safe and there is tons of research to validate them.

The sound you hear when getting adjusted is nitrogen being released from the joints of the spine at the end of that particular joints range of motion.

Not at all! Everyone has their own series of problems, their own history of injuries, and their own activities that they perform on a daily basis at home and work that make each patient, and their care, completely unique.

Can I learn to adjust myself?

That is not recommended.

Will I be required to remove my clothing at my appointment?

Gracious no!

Is chiropractic treatment appropriate for children?

If they have a problem that falls in our scope of practice. I always like to make this point though, we do not adjust little ones, or for that matter elderly patients, the same way we would adjust a young adult. Every single patient is managed individually and carefully!
